Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Every plan runs month to month, so there's no contract to break and no cancellation fee. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your sends pause until you add more or your plan renews. We let you know before you get close, so nothing stops mid-campaign.
Do unused credits roll over to next month?
Credits refresh with your plan each billing cycle, so plan for what you'll use that month. Moving to a bigger plan gives you more credits right away.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever your sending changes. Your lists, domain and settings stay exactly as they are.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Every plan is billed month to month in US dollars, and you can stop any time.
Do address checks use my credits?
Yes, checking an address and sending to it both draw from the same credit pool, along with AI-written emails. One balance covers all three, so there's only one number to watch.
Do I need to set up anything technical?
No. We register, authenticate and host your sending domain for you, so there are no DNS records to find or paste. You write and send; we handle the domain.
Will changing plans affect my sending domain or lists?
No. Your domain, lists, segments and past campaigns stay put when you change plans. Only your credit allowance and monthly price change.
How do I stay within US email law when I send?
The CAN-SPAM Act requires honest headers and subject lines, a physical address in every email, and opt-outs honored within 10 business days. Six and Two is built to support all three as a normal part of sending.
