SOUND FAMILIAR?

The parts of client work that eat your week.

Running one email program is simple. Running six, for six different brands, with six different voices and six different sets of client expectations, is where the hours disappear.

Otto scratching their head

A different login for every client

You're juggling separate accounts, separate passwords, and separate invoices for tools that all do roughly the same thing, instead of one account that handles every client's program.

Rebuilding the sending setup from scratch

Every new client means another domain to configure, another set of DNS records, and another week lost before the first campaign can even go out.

Proving the work was worth it

At the end of the month, you need a report a client will actually trust, not a dashboard full of numbers they have to take your word for.

Inheriting a messy list

A client hands you a spreadsheet of five years of sign-ups, some of which haven't been real addresses for years, and your reputation is on the line when you hit send.

Sounding like six different brands

Each client has their own tone, their own offers, and their own audience, and switching between them mid-afternoon is how a campaign ends up sounding like nobody.

CAMPAIGNS THAT WORK FOR YOU

Client programs you can build in an afternoon.

These aren't generic templates. They're the campaigns agencies actually run for retail clients, service businesses, and everyone in between, at the point in the year each one matters.

The monthly report email

Every retainer client wants to know what their money bought this month. Build the recap once, in your brief: the campaigns sent, the top performer, what's changing next month.

The platform designs it from that brief, in their brand, and you review it before it goes out.

Otto calling out through a megaphone

The client onboarding sequence

When you take over a new client's list, a short welcome series under their name resets expectations before the first promotional send goes out.

Quarterly business review campaign

Send it to the client's own customers before the quarter closes: a recap of what shipped, a thank-you, and the offer that keeps the account warm for next quarter.

The re-engagement sprint

Before a contract renewal, segment the client's list by who's still opening and run a short win-back push on the names who've gone quiet.

Seasonal planning push

Build the client's Q4 calendar in one sitting: Black Friday, the holiday thank-you, the January reset, each with its own brief and its own variants to test.

The win worth announcing

After a launch lands, a quick email to the client's list thanking them and pointing at what's next keeps the relationship visible between big campaigns.

AN EXAMPLE CAMPAIGN

From brief to send, before your coffee's cold.

A consulting client needed a welcome series for a list they'd built at a conference the week before. We wrote one brief: the offer, the audience, the voice they wanted, warm, a little formal, no jargon, and the proof they could point to.

The platform turned that into a full email: hero, offer band, proof, footer, in their brand. We reviewed it, tweaked a line, and it went out before the client's next status call.

THE FEATURES YOU'LL USE MOST

Everything a client account needs, already in.

No add-ons to upsell, no higher tier to pitch. Every plan carries the full toolkit, for every client you run through it.

SENDING, SORTED

A domain that's theirs, not yours.

Every client expects their emails to come from their own name, not an agency's shared address. Add their domain and we register it, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and host it, so you're never asking a client's IT contact to touch a single DNS record.

Their From address, their landing pages, and their tracking links all live on that same domain, for every recipient, every time.

  • Zero DNS records for you to configure

  • Authentication set up automatically

  • Works the same for client one and client twenty

WRITE LESS, SEND MORE

A finished email from a one-line brief.

Switching between six client voices in one afternoon is how campaigns start sounding the same. Instead, hold each client's brand settings, logo, colors, and the way they write, and describe the campaign in one line: the offer, the audience, the message, the proof, the tone.

The platform designs the whole email from that brief: hero, sections, offer band, proof and footer, ready for your review.

  • One brief per campaign, not per client meeting

  • Keeps every client's brand consistent

  • You still review before anything sends

PROOF, NOT PROMISES

A report a client will actually trust.

Clients want to know the campaign worked, not take your word for it. Every open is classified: the opens that arrive the way software opens are counted as automated, the rest as human, in separate columns, live from the first message.

Hand over delivered, human opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes and landing-page responses, and let the numbers make the case for you.

  • Human opens counted separately from automated ones

  • Live reporting from the first send

  • The same report for every client, every month

THE LAST CHECK

A second pair of eyes before a client ever sees it.

A typo in a client's subject line is the kind of mistake that costs you the account, not just the send. Before launch, every campaign gets reviewed: the subject line and preheader, the structure and readability with images off, every link, the sender details and the footer.

Each finding comes with the reason and the fix, in plain English, while it's still free to change.

  • Links checked before they go out

  • Readability checked with images off

  • Plain-English fixes, not just warnings

GET STARTED

From sign-up to first send, this week.

No onboarding call required. Here's the whole path, the same one whether it's your first client or your fiftieth.

Create your account

Set your brand, or your first client's: logo, colors, and the way you write. It takes one pass, and you can add more clients whenever you're ready.

Connect your sending domain

Add the domain for each client you're sending for. We register it, authenticate it, and host it, so nobody touches a DNS record.

Import the list

Bring in the client's spreadsheet. Every column maps to a field, and every address gets checked with its mail server before it enters a campaign.

Launch the first campaign

Write one brief, review the draft, send. Reports start coming in from the first message, ready to forward.

QUESTIONS

What agencies ask us.

Otto peeking over the edge
Can I run every client's email program from one account?

Yes. One account holds every client's lists, campaigns, domains and reports, with the full feature set available for each one. There's no per-client upcharge and no separate login to manage.

Does each client get their own sending domain?

Yes. Add a domain for each client and we register it, set up its authentication, and host it. Their From address, landing pages and tracking links all live on that same domain, not a shared one.

How do I prove results to a client who isn't technical?

Hand over the report as it stands. Human opens are counted separately from automated ones, and delivered, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are all there live from the first send, in plain columns a client can read without you translating them.

Can I write in each client's own voice?

Each campaign starts from a brief that holds the offer, the audience, the message and the tone you want. Describe a warmer voice for one client and a more formal one for another, campaign by campaign.

What happens when I take over a client's existing list?

Import the spreadsheet and every address gets checked with its mail server before it's allowed into a campaign. Dead mailboxes and dead domains never get added, so you're not inheriting someone else's bounce problem.

Am I locked into a contract if I pick up or lose a client?

No. Plans run month to month in US dollars, and every feature is included on every one, so you can move up or down as your client roster changes.

Do I still need to think about CAN-SPAM for each client I manage?

Yes, and the basics are the same for every client: honest headers and subject lines, a physical address in the footer, and any opt-out honored within 10 business days. Sign-up forms are protected against automated sign-ups too, so lists start clean.
