FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS PRACTICES

Email that keeps your appointment book full

Send appointment reminders, seasonal offers and clinic updates that reach inboxes, not spam folders. Six and Two checks every address, sets up your own sending domain and writes in your voice, so your next class, cleanse or check-up fills on its own.

  • Every address checked before you send

  • Your own sending domain, set up for you

  • Month to month, no contracts

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The emails your practice means to send

Running a practice means seeing clients, not staring at an inbox. Here's where email usually slips.

No-shows eat your schedule

A reminder buried in spam costs you the slot and the client's progress. By the time you notice, the chair's empty and the day's done.

Your client list lives in three places

Intake forms, your booking app and an old spreadsheet all say something different. Nobody's sure which list is the one to send to.

Seasonal pushes go out late

Your January reset or summer tune-up idea is great in the staff meeting. By the time the email's designed, the season's half over.

Renewals slip past without a nudge

A membership or package lapses quietly. Nobody flags it until the client's already found somewhere else to go.

Reviews and referrals need asking

Happy clients rarely leave a review unprompted. One good email after a visit asks while the experience is still fresh.

CAMPAIGNS BUILT FOR YOUR CALENDAR

Campaigns that work with your year

Health and wellness runs on seasons, not sales cycles. Here's what to send, and when, across a typical year.

Reminders that actually get seen

Set a reminder to send 48 hours before an appointment, then a shorter one the morning of. Segment by booking date so each client gets the right message at the right moment.

Both reminders come from your own sending domain and get checked before they go, so they land next to the confirmation they already trust.

January reset

The week after New Year's, announce your reset program, detox package or fresh-start membership rate. This is when searches for a new routine peak.

Spring and allergy season tips

Share what your practice treats as pollen counts rise, from allergy relief sessions to seasonal skin care. Useful content before you ever mention booking.

Holiday and Mother's Day gift cards

Email your gift card option two weeks before Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and the December holidays, while people are shopping for someone else.

Win back lapsed clients

Save everyone who hasn't opened or booked in a while and send a short, friendly nudge with an easy way back onto the schedule.

New class or service launch

Announce a new class, treatment or practitioner to your whole list the same week it opens, with space to book straight from the email.

FROM BRIEF TO INBOX

One brief. A finished campaign.

You tell Six and Two what's happening this month: a new infrared sauna add-on, the price, who it's for and the tone you want. The brief holds the offer, the audience and the proof.

The platform designs a complete email from that brief: a hero banner, an offer section, your proof and a footer with your clinic's details. You read it over, send it to a segment of clients, and it's done before your first appointment of the day.

THE FEATURES YOU'LL ACTUALLY USE

Built for the way practices run

Four tools carry most of the weight for a health and wellness business. Here's where you'll live.

WRITE LESS, SEND MORE

Write the brief, not the email

Tell it what's happening this month, who it's for and the tone you want, and it designs a complete email: hero, offer, proof and footer, in your brand.

Write a brief for your spring detox package the same way you'd text a colleague. The draft comes back built, not blank.

  • Your logo, colors and voice carry into every email

  • A finished hero, offer and proof section from one brief

  • Edit anything by hand afterward

YOUR OWN DOMAIN, NO DNS

Mail that comes from your clinic

We register a sending domain that matches your practice name, set up its authentication and host it. Nobody on your team touches a DNS record.

Your From address, the booking link in the email and the landing page where people confirm all sit on that same domain, for every client who opens it.

  • Domain registered and authenticated for you

  • From address matches your practice name

  • Links and landing pages share the same domain

A CLEAN LIST SENDS CLEAN

Check every address before it goes

Clients change email addresses more than they update your intake form. Before any campaign sends, every address on your list is checked against its mail server, not just spell-checked.

Dead mailboxes and addresses that have complained anywhere on the platform never make it into your reminder or your next seasonal offer.

  • Checked at the mailbox, not just the spelling

  • Dead addresses removed before you send

  • Keeps your sender reputation healthy

FOLLOW UP WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE

Bring back the clients who drifted

Save the people who booked after your last class announcement, the ones who opened but didn't book, and the ones who didn't open at all.

Resend to the people who missed it with a new subject line, and follow up the openers with a different offer than the clickers got.

  • Save clickers, openers and non-openers from any send

  • Resend with a new subject line

  • No manual list sorting

GETTING STARTED

Four steps to your first send

No developer, no DNS, no guesswork. Here's the whole setup.

Create your account

Sign up and set your brand: logo, colors and the way your practice writes. It carries into every email from here.

Import your client list

Bring in your booking app export or spreadsheet. Every address gets checked before it's ever added to a send.

Build your first campaign

Write a one-line brief for your next class, cleanse or seasonal offer, or start from the drag-and-drop editor.

Send, then watch what happens

Reports come in live: delivered, human opens, clicks and any bounces, so you know what to send next.

QUESTIONS

What practices ask us

Will my appointment reminders actually land in inboxes?

Every address on your list is checked with its mail server before you send, and your email goes out from a sending domain set up and authenticated for your practice. Together, that's what keeps reminders out of spam.

Do I need any code or design skill to build a nice email?

No. Write a one-line brief about your offer and the platform designs a complete email in your brand. You can also build one by hand in the drag-and-drop editor if you'd rather.

My client list is old. What happens if I send to it?

Every address is checked against its mail server before a campaign can send to it, so dead mailboxes and addresses that have complained are caught first. That protects the rest of your list.

Can Six and Two send appointment reminders automatically from my booking system?

We're email software, not a calendar. You build the reminder email and choose the segment of clients it goes to, for a specific day, class or appointment window, and send it when you're ready.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans run month to month and you can change or cancel anytime. Every feature is available on every plan, so the only decision is how many credits you need.

Do you follow US email marketing rules?

Yes. Your emails carry honest sender details and a working opt-out, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act, and any opt-out request is honored within the ten business days the law allows.

Can I move my client list over from what I use now?

Yes. Import from any spreadsheet or export, and the importer maps your columns to fields automatically. If an upload gets interrupted, it picks back up where it stopped.

I run a single-location practice. Is this overkill?

No. Every plan includes every feature, so a solo practice gets the same sending domain, verification and reporting as a multi-location clinic. You just need fewer credits.
