Build a campaign for tonight's specials, Sunday brunch or your next private event in minutes, send it from your own domain, and watch bookings and walk-ins pick up before the lunch rush.

Hey there — let's fill those tables.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Running a kitchen leaves no time for marketing

Between prep, service and closing, campaigns are the first thing that slips. Here's what we hear from restaurants and cafés every week.

Sound like your Tuesday night?
Otto scratching their head

No time between shifts

You're seating, cooking or cashing out, not writing an email. A campaign that takes an hour never gets sent.

Regulars drift away

Someone eats here every week for months, then just stops. Without a nudge in their inbox, you never find out why.

Slow nights stay slow

Monday and Tuesday covers lag behind the weekend, and a generic discount blast to everyone doesn't fix it.

Good news lands in spam

A new menu or a holiday booking link means nothing if it never reaches the inbox in the first place.

Your list is a pile of receipts

Addresses from loyalty sign-ups, online orders and the clipboard by the host stand, never gathered in one place.

Big nights sneak up

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the holidays — you plan the menu for them, rarely the email that fills the tables.

CAMPAIGNS THAT WORK FOR YOU

Something worth sending, every season

Specific ideas for restaurants and cafés, built around your calendar, not a generic template.

The Sunday brunch reminder

Send Thursday afternoon, while weekend plans are still being made. Feature this week's specials, the table you held last time and a link to book.

Keep it short: a photo, a time, a button.

Holiday hours and bookings

Thanksgiving eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's — send hours and a booking link two weeks out, then again the week of.

Valentine's and Mother's Day

Your two biggest nights of the year. Open the book early with a short email so the good tables don't go first-come.

The 'we miss you' nudge

A segment of people who haven't opened in a while, with a reason to come back this week, not a generic discount.

New season, new menu

Announce the fall menu or the summer patio the day it changes, with a photo of the dish you're proudest of.

Loyalty and private events

Tell your list about punch-card milestones, catering, or booking the private room before the holidays fill it.

FROM BRIEF TO INBOX

A Friday special, written before the lunch rush

Tell it what you're running — fish tacos back on the menu, happy hour moved to 4 — and the editor turns that one line into a finished email: a photo spot, the offer, your hours and a button to book.

It pulls your logo, colors and the way you write from your brand settings, so it reads like you wrote it between orders, not from a template.

THE FEATURES YOU'LL USE MOST

Built for how a kitchen actually runs

Four tools restaurants and cafés lean on most, explained in terms you already use.

YOUR OWN DOMAIN

Mail that lands from your name, not a shared one

We register a sending domain that matches your restaurant's name, set up its authentication and host it. Nobody on your team touches DNS.

Your From address, the booking link in your footer and your landing page all carry that same domain, every time a guest gets an email from you.

  • Set up for you, no DNS

  • Matches your brand every send

  • One domain across email and landing pages

I'll handle the DNS, promise.

WRITE LESS, SEND MORE

A one-line brief becomes a finished menu email

Tell it the offer — patio's open, oysters are back, happy hour moved to 5 — and it designs a complete email: a hero photo spot, the offer, your hours and a button to book.

It writes in your voice because your brand settings hold how you talk, not a generic tone.

  • Finished email from one line

  • Uses your logo and colors

  • Ready to edit by hand too

BRING THEM BACK

Follow up with the table that didn't rebook

Save everyone who opened your last email without booking, or everyone who hasn't opened anything in a while, straight from the campaign you already sent.

Send that smaller group a different nudge — a seasonal dish, a reminder your patio's open — instead of blasting your whole list again.

  • Built from any past campaign

  • Resend with a new subject line

  • No separate list to maintain

KNOW WHAT WORKED

See who actually opened your brunch email

Every report separates real, human opens from the automated kind, so you know whether people saw your Sunday special or a phone just pinged it.

Delivered, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes are live from the moment you hit send, not the next morning.

  • Human opens, counted separately

  • Live from the first send

  • Clicks and bounces in one view

Sign up, add your restaurant's name and logo, and your brand settings are ready to use.

Get your sending domain

We register and set up your domain's authentication behind the scenes. Nothing for you to configure.

Import or build your list

Upload your reservation list, loyalty sign-ups or online order list. Every address gets checked before it's used.

Write your first brief

Tell it what's on this week's menu or which night you're trying to fill, and send a finished campaign the same day.

Go on, ask me anything.

QUESTIONS

What restaurants and cafés ask us

Do I need a website to collect email sign-ups?

No. Build a sign-up form and a landing page on your own domain, embed the form on your website if you have one, or just share the landing page link on your table talkers and receipts.

Will my emails end up in spam?

We register and set up your sending domain's authentication, check every address before you send, and let your domain build its sending volume gradually with each inbox provider. Across the platform, 99.7% of mail is delivered.

Can I import the list from my POS or loyalty program?

Yes. Export it as a spreadsheet and the importer maps each column to a field automatically. If the upload drops partway through, it picks up right where it stopped.

Do I need to know how to code to set up my domain?

No. We register your sending domain, set up its authentication and host it. There are no DNS records for you to add.

What if I only want to send one email a month, around a holiday?

That's fine. Plans run month to month with no contract, and every feature is included on every plan, so you use as much or as little as your calendar needs.

How do I stay within email marketing law?

The CAN-SPAM Act requires honest subject lines, your real address in the footer, and honoring opt-outs within 10 business days. Every campaign you build includes your footer and an unsubscribe link automatically.

Can I tell which version of my email worked better?

Yes. Launch a campaign with a few different subject lines or offers, and they rotate evenly across your whole list, not a small sample, so you see which one people actually responded to.

What happens to addresses that bounce or complain?

They're checked before they ever enter a campaign, and any address that bounces or complains anywhere on the platform doesn't get sent to again.
