Let customers book a time with you, straight from your website. Every phone call to find a time is a call you could miss. With bookings on your website, customers choose a free time themselves, day or night.

Switch bookings on

   Switch on Take bookings on this website.

   With it on, your website takes bookings at the hours you set below.

Set your hours and rules

   Set the hours you take bookings, day by day, and add time off when you're away.

   Choose how bookings are made: confirmed straight away or approved by you, how much notice you need, and when reminders go out.

Set up your services

   Open Services & team. These are the services people can book.

   Open a service.

   Set how long it takes, its price, and whether it's bookable on the website.

Add a booking yourself

   Bookings shows your calendar.

   When someone books by phone, press Add booking.

3. 3

   Choose the service and a free time, and add their details.

4. 4

   Press Add booking. They're emailed a confirmation.
