How it works
Your team, and who can do what
Invite your team into your account, each with their own login and one of three roles: admin, editor or viewer. Each role gets only what it needs, and the platform checks it.
You can bring your team into your account: your staff, or the assistants who help you. Each person gets their own login and one of three roles, and shares your campaigns, lists and reports.
Who can do what
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything |
| Editor | Build and send campaigns, and upload lists. Can't export lists, or manage your billing or your team. |
| Viewer | Read the reports, and nothing else |
What only an admin can do
- Export a list.
- Manage your sending domains.
- Add verified reply-to addresses.
- Manage your account, your billing, your team and your API keys.
Who sees every address
An admin sees every email address in your lists, reports, unsubscribes and landing page visitors. An editor or a viewer sees them masked.
Where you see it
Your team is on your Account page, in the Team card. Everyone who can log in to your account is listed there.
To invite someone, add their email, choose their role, and invite them. They get an email with a link to set up their login, and then they share your campaigns, lists and reports.
Until Six and Two's sign-in page is live, the card says Team invites aren't open yet. Invites open as soon as it is.
You can change anyone else's role in the list at any time. Someone you remove loses access to your account at once.
Your account and your team takes you through inviting someone.
Why it works this way
Everyone you invite logs in as themselves. Each role gets only what it needs, and the platform itself checks it, not just the screen. You can change someone's role at any time. And when you remove someone, they lose access straight away.
