How it works

Why your reply-to is verified

A new campaign launches only once its reply-to address is proven yours with one click on a link, and creating, saving or resuming a campaign is never held up.

When someone replies to your campaign, the reply has to reach you. So the address replies go to is verified first: proven to be yours with one click on a link. Until it is, a new campaign can't launch with it.

To verify an address, the platform mails it a link. Click it, and the address is proven to be yours.

The link comes from the platform's own address, never from your domain. Mail from your own domain to prove your own address would be circular, and it trips spam filters.

When it's checked

When replies come to your inbox

With the campaign inbox, replies come straight back to your inbox.

  • When every sending domain you chose can take replies, no other address is needed.
  • When one can't yet, the launch names it, and asks for a verified reply-to.
  • A reply-to you type is always verified.

Kept for your whole account

Verified addresses belong to your account, so each one can be the reply-to on any of your campaigns. Only an account admin can add one, and that's checked on the server.

See your verified addresses

  1. Open Verified emails. Your verified addresses are kept here, each marked Verified, Pending or Send failed.

  2. Press Add Email to add one. A link is mailed to it, and once it's clicked, the address can be the reply-to on any of your campaigns.

To verify one step by step, follow Verify your reply-to address.
