How it works

Where every enquiry goes

Every enquiry from your website's form is checked for bots first, kept in Submissions, emailed to you at once or in a daily summary, and added to a list only if you choose.

Someone fills in the form on your website. Before anything arrives, it's checked for bots. Then the enquiry is kept, you're told, and the visitor sees what you chose.

Real people in, bots out

Every form is checked before anything arrives:

  • A bot that fills in the hidden trap field is told it worked, and quietly dropped.
  • A forged form is refused. So is one left open so long it timed out, and the visitor is told nothing was sent.
  • A visitor can send at most 5 in 10 minutes, and a page takes at most 30 in that time. More are held off.

A real enquiry gets through.

One enquiry, where you need it

  • It's saved in Submissions, always.
  • It's emailed to you, as each one arrives or in one summary a day, if you switch that on.
  • It's added to a list only if you choose, and you can ask permission with a checkbox.
  • The visitor sees your message, in place of the form and in your brand, or is sent to a page of your website.

Where you see it

  1. Every enquiry from your website lands in Enquiries, under Submissions.

  2. Notifications email you the moment one arrives.

  3. Or choose One daily summary at, and pick the hour.

  4. Settings choose what the visitor sees after sending: your message, or a page of your website.

  5. Spam protection lists the checks every enquiry passes: a hidden trap field, a signed form link that renews itself, and a limit for each visitor.

Enquiries from your website takes you through it step by step.

Why none get lost

Every enquiry is kept in Submissions, whether or not you're emailed. Notifications only go to addresses you've verified, so your form can't be used to email strangers. And bots are stopped before they reach you.
