How it works

One brand, everywhere

You set your brand once, in a brand preset, and every email, landing page, website and film you make wears it: your logo, colours, fonts, language and address.

Everything you make starts from one place: a brand preset. Set it once, and your emails, landing pages, website and films all wear it. You never dress each one by hand, and your customers meet the same business wherever they see you.

Where your brand goes

  • Your emails are written and designed in it.
  • Your landing pages are built from its colours, so a page looks like the site your customers already know.
  • Your website wears the same brand as its campaigns.
  • Your films wear your website's brand: its logo, colours, fonts and pages. So they match too.

What a preset holds

PartWhat it holds
How it looksIts logo, colours and fonts
How it readsIts language, and whether it writes like a local
Where you areYour business address and your timezone

Each part does a job of its own:

  • Language and Write like a local are followed by every writer: your campaign emails, your subject lines, your landing pages, and your sequence plans and emails.
  • The timezone fills in the Schedule step of every campaign on this brand. You can still change it per campaign.
  • The business address appears in the footer of every email. The preset marks it as required for CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • The colours are read from your logo and your website. Pages and emails are built from them.
Note

The compliance footer at the bottom of every email stays in English, whatever language the brand writes in.
