How it works

Your email signature

A signature puts your details and your brand together in one of ten designs, signs your inbox replies and sequence emails by default, and copies into your own mail app.

Your replies can end with a signature, in your brand. You make it once, on the brand. Then it goes on every reply from your inbox and every sequence email, without you adding it.

What a signature holds

  • Your details: your name, title, phone, photo and socials.
  • Your brand: its colours, fonts and logo.

Together they make your signature, laid out in one of ten designs.

Where it goes

  • The brand's default signature signs your replies from the inbox.
  • It signs your sequence emails too. It can be switched off for either one.
  • In a campaign email you design, it's the Signature block, to add where you want it.
  • It copies into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

The default signature

  • Each brand has one default signature.
  • Its first signature is the default.
  • Make another the default, and it takes over.
  • Delete the default, and the newest one takes over.
  • With no signature at all, nothing is added.

See a brand's signatures

  1. Open the brand from Brand presets.

  2. Open its Signatures tab.

  3. Before you've made one, the tab shows how it would look, drawn from the brand's own colours, fonts, logo and details. Make one with Write it with AI or Start from a template.

  4. Open a saved signature. It's in the brand's colours and fonts, and the default is marked Default.

  5. Default for, followed by the brand's name, is the switch that makes it the brand's default.

  6. Copy takes it to your own email app: Copy for Gmail, Copy for Outlook or Copy for Apple Mail. Copy HTML and Download .html are there too.

Why it's worth it

  • You make your signature once.
  • It's always in your brand, wherever it goes.
