Your emails are written. Now choose who gets them, check everything, and get the campaign ready to send. An email can't be unsent once it lands, so everything is checked first, and anything missing is listed before you can send.

Open your campaign

  1. Open Campaigns from the menu.

  2. Open your campaign.

  3. Your four emails are here, ready to go.

  4. Press Next.

Choose who gets it

  1. Pick the list it goes to.

  2. You'll see how many people on it can be sent to right now. Only addresses that passed their check get it.

  3. Press Next.

Good to know

Sending only to addresses that passed their check keeps your sending reputation healthy.

Choose how and when it goes

  1. Delivery spreads your mail across your sending domains. You need at least four.

  2. Tracking counts opens and clicks. You can leave it as it is.

  3. Choose when it goes: as soon as it's ready, or on a day and time you pick.

Note

No sending domains yet? Find and add sending domains shows how to add a group of four.

Say who it's from

  1. Under Sender, type the name people see in their inbox.

  2. Type the address it comes from, on one of your sending domains.

  3. Add a reply-to address you've verified. Replies can't reach your inbox through that domain yet, so it asks for one.

Tip

To add one, see Verify your reply-to address. Use an inbox you already read, so no reply goes unanswered.

Check it, and send

  1. Review lists anything left to fix. Each one has a button that takes you there.

  2. When nothing is left, press Send Campaign to send it, or Schedule Campaign to send it at the time you chose.

Note

Sending is what needs a plan. You can build a campaign before you choose one: see Choose or change your plan.
