How it works

Many sending domains, one campaign

Every campaign is shared across at least four sending domains, each at its own daily quota with each provider, so you reach more people a day while no domain sends faster.

A campaign never goes out from a single domain. It's shared across at least four sending domains, each carrying its share. So a campaign reaches more people each day, while every domain keeps to a natural pace.

One campaign, many domains

  • Every campaign goes out over at least four sending domains. The minimum is checked on the server, so a campaign can't launch with fewer.
  • Mail is shared across them, each at its own daily quota.
  • Each domain has its own quota with every mailbox provider, and grows on its own evidence.
  • A sending domain carries one live campaign at a time, so nothing shares its quota.

What it adds up to

Say each domain has a quota of 40 a day to Google, the quota a domain starts with. Four domains make 160 a day to Google, and no domain sends any faster.

Choose the domains

  1. Open your campaign's Delivery step, and choose at least four sending domains.

  2. Or, where your domains are grouped, add a whole group in one click with Quick add from group.

A domain group is a named set of domains, there mainly so a campaign reaches its four in one click. Choose who gets it and send walks through the whole step, and Find and add sending domains gets you your first four.
