Question
Can I send a campaign again?
Yes. Open its report and press Resend. It makes a new campaign with its own report, to the people you choose, and the first campaign's history stays as it is.
Yes. A sent campaign keeps its own history, so sending it again makes a new campaign, with a report of its own.
Resend it
Open the campaign's report.
Press Resend.
Choose who gets it:
- People who didn't open it
- People who opened but didn't click
- People who didn't click
- People who clicked
Choose how it goes: Reshuffled resend, or Exact resend (traditional).
Reshuffled or exact?
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| Reshuffled resend (recommended) | Each person gets a different sending domain and email version, so almost no one gets the same email from the same domain twice. |
| Exact resend | The same email, from the same sender. That's how other platforms do it, and it carries a much higher spam risk. |
Tip
Following up one person at a time works better than a blast: Follow up with a sequence.
