Fix it

My file won't upload

A list comes in as a .csv or .txt file of up to 50,000 rows and 50 MB, with a header row and an email column. Here's what each message means, and the fix.

Most lists go in first time. When one doesn't, the message says why, and the fix takes a minute.

Good to know

Uploading to a list that already has people on it? Update existing subscribers refreshes their details. Insert new only skips anyone already there.

Step by step: Upload and clean your list.
