Handle unsubscribes
The unsubscribe link in every email takes people off for you. When someone asks you directly, open Unsubscribes, type their address and press Unsubscribe All Lists.
Every email you send carries an unsubscribe link. Anyone who uses it is taken off straight away, and won't get another campaign from that business, so you don't have to do a thing. Some people ask by phone, in a reply, or face to face instead. When they do, take them off yourself, quickly, so they never get an email they asked not to.
Take someone off by hand
Open Unsubscribes from the menu. This is where you take someone off by hand.

Type the person's email address. The buttons appear once it's a full address.

Press Unsubscribe All Lists.

Check it's the right address, then press Confirm.

They're marked unsubscribed on every one of your lists, so your campaigns skip them.
Taking people off when they ask keeps your emails welcome, and keeps complaints down.
