Fix it
I can't find a reply in my inbox
Check where the campaign sends its replies. With Replies come to your inbox on, they're in your Inbox, under the business and campaign. Then look beyond To answer, under All open, Snoozed, Done, Auto-replies and Spam.
Replies to your campaigns come back to one inbox, filed under the business and campaign they answer. If you can't see one, check where that campaign's replies go, then where in the inbox it was filed.
Where that campaign's replies go
In the campaign, Sender has the switch Replies come to your inbox. Before you send, the campaign's review shows where they'll go, beside Reply-To:
| It shows | Replies go to |
|---|---|
| Campaign inbox | Your Inbox |
| Campaign inbox, copied to an address | Your Inbox, and a copy to that address |
| An address on its own | That address, in your own email |
If one of a campaign's sending domains can't take replies yet, the campaign asks for a reply-to address of yours. Look for its replies there too.
Where in the inbox it was filed
Open Inbox. On the left are your businesses, and under each one, its campaigns.
Choose the campaign.
Look beyond To answer: All open, Starred, Snoozed, Passed on, Done, Auto-replies and Spam.
An out-of-office answer goes to Auto-replies. Mail from anyone you never wrote to is never shown.
Find your way round: One inbox for every reply.
