How it works

One inbox for every reply

Replies to your campaigns and follow-ups, and every form filled in, come to one inbox, filed by business and campaign, beside the person who wrote them.

When people reply to your campaigns, the replies come back to one inbox. Each one is filed under the right business and campaign, and sits beside the person who wrote it. So you answer with everything you know about them in view.

Where a reply goes

  • Replies to your campaigns and your follow-ups come here, and so does every form filled in.
  • The address each reply goes to carries its campaign, so it's filed under the right business and campaign.
  • Mail from anyone you never wrote to is never shown here.

The person who wrote it

Open a conversation, and the person who wrote it is right beside it.

Why it works this way

  • Only people you wrote to reach this inbox.
  • A reply never stops a sequence: it ends when its emails run out.
  • So if someone needs a pause, pause or stop their sequence yourself, right from their conversation. Sequences, one person at a time explains how they run.
