Yes. As you get the campaign ready, choose a day and time for it to go, then press Schedule Campaign.

Open your campaign and get it ready to send.
When you choose how and when it goes, pick the day and time.
On Review, press Schedule Campaign.
It goes at the time you chose, at its natural pace.
The hours it sends in
The Daily Sending Window sets the hours of the day mail goes out: Start Sending At and Stop Sending At. Mail drips out across those hours, every day, until everyone has it.
Good to know
A scheduled campaign keeps its place. Nothing about your account stops one that's already scheduled.
