Fix it
My verification email didn't arrive
Look in the spam folder and check the spelling, then press Resend on Verified emails. Send failed means it couldn't be delivered, and the reason is shown beside it.
Verifying a reply-to address takes one email with a link in it. If it hasn't come, it's usually in the spam folder, or the address has a typo.
Check these first
Look in that inbox's spam or junk folder. The email comes from the platform's own address, not yours, and has a Verify email button.
Check the address on Verified emails is spelled right.
If it's a shared inbox, ask whoever reads it to look.
What the address shows
| It shows | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The email went, and the link hasn't been clicked yet. The time it was sent is beside it. | Look again, then press Resend. |
| Send failed | It couldn't be delivered. The reason is beside it. | Check the spelling. If it's wrong, remove it and add it again, spelled right. If it's right, press Resend. |
| Verified | Done. It can be the reply-to on any campaign. | Nothing. |
Send it again
Open Verified emails.
Press Resend beside the address.
Open the email that arrives, and press Verify email.
Use an inbox you already read, like your everyday business address, so the email is easy to find, and so is every reply.
