How it works

Real people, not machines

Every open and click is checked before it's counted, so your results and your sequences follow real people, never the scanners and fake browsers that open and click on their own.

Watch it: Real people, not machines · 1:07

Not every open or click comes from a person. Mail scanners open emails the moment they arrive, and some machines pose as a browser to click the links. So every open and every click is checked, and only people are counted.

A person, or a machine?

A browser that doesn't existA machine
One network address clicking for more than one person, each click within 10 minutes of deliveryA machine

Most clicks weren't people

When the platform checked its own numbers, most clicks weren't people. About 5,000 of 6,011 clicks first counted as people were machines. One machine, posing as a browser, clicked for 1,017 people across 47 campaigns.

Take the machines out, and what's left is the people.

Checked before it's counted

  • Every open and click is checked before it's written down.
  • Every 10 minutes they're checked again, in case a later one gives a machine away.
  • Mail apps are never judged.
